Should Parent need to contact Therapist’s office between sessions for administrative purposes (e.g., scheduling, directions, payment, etc.) or other simple inquiries, they may call Therapist’s office. Therapist and/or her staff may not be able to immediately answer or respond to Parents’ phone call/voicemail. Therapist and/or staff will make reasonable efforts to respond to Parents’ voicemails within 2 business days or else as soon as is reasonably possible.
