SCOPE AND DUTIES Client hires Attorney for the purpose of domestic relations litigation. Attorney shall provide those legal services reasonably required to represent Client, and shall take reasonable steps to keep Client informed of progress and to respond to Client’s inquiries. Client shall be truthful with Attorney, cooperate in the preparation and trial of the case, appear on reasonable notice for depositions and Court appearances, keep Attorney informed of developments, abide by this Agreement, pay Attorney’s bills on time and keep Attorney advised of Client’s address, telephone number, and whereabouts. Client agrees not to compromise the claim without discussing the matter with Attorney, in advance, and Attorney is not authorized to compromise the claim without Client’s consent. OTHER TERMS: None.
Commencement and Duration of the Services 1.1 The Supplier shall start the Services no later than 7 November 2013 (“the Start Date”) and the Services shall be completed by 30 September 2014 (“the End Date”) unless the Call-down Contract is terminated earlier in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Framework Agreement.
Appointment and Duties The Trustees shall at all times employ a custodian or custodians, meeting the qualifications for custodians for portfolio securities of investment companies contained in the 1940 Act, as custodian with respect to the assets of the Trust. Any custodian shall have authority as agent of the Trust with respect to which it is acting as determined by the custodian agreement or agreements, but subject to such restrictions, limitations and other requirements, if any, as may be contained in the By-Laws of the Trust and the 1940 Act:

Responsibilities and Duties (a) As President and Chief Executive Officer, the Executive shall serve under the board of directors of the Corporation and will perform all duties and will have all powers associated with these positions, as set forth in any job description provided to the Executive by the Corporation or as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Corporation. In addition, the Executive shall be responsible for establishing the business objectives, policies and strategic plans of the Corporation. The Executive shall report directly to the board of directors of the Corporation.
Objections to New Subprocessors (a) If Customer has a legitimate reason under Data Protection Law to object to the new Subprocessors’ processing of Personal Data, Customer may terminate the Agreement (limited to the Cloud Service for which the new Subprocessor is intended to be used) on written notice to SAP. Such termination shall take effect at the time determined by the Customer which shall be no later than thirty days from the date of SAP’s notice to Customer informing Customer of the new Subprocessor. If Customer does not terminate within this thirty day period, Customer is deemed to have accepted the new Subprocessor.
Entry into force and duration of the agreement 1. Each Contracting Party shall notify the other Contracting Party of the completion of internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the last of the two notifications.
Job Titles and Duties The following sections describe the responsibilities of the personnel provided by the Contractor, in accordance with the terms of the Contract, who are used to provide Customers with services pursuant to the Customer SOW set forth in the Customer’s PO (Customers may supplement these duties in their Customer SOWs provided the duties do not exceed or conflict with this Statement of Work).
Acceptance of Trusts and Duties The Owner Trustee accepts the trusts hereby created and agrees to perform its duties hereunder with respect to such trusts, but only upon the terms of this Agreement. The Owner Trustee also agrees to disburse all moneys actually received by it constituting part of the Trust Estate upon the terms of this Agreement. The Owner Trustee shall not be answerable or accountable hereunder or under any Basic Document under any circumstances, except (i) for its own willful misconduct or negligence or (ii) in the case of the inaccuracy of any representation or warranty contained in Section 7.03 expressly made by the Owner Trustee.
