Common use of Showings Clause in Contracts

Showings. During periods when property owner and /or their agent are showing the apartment to prospective new tenants; current tenants agree to keep the apartment exceptionally clean, picked up and in a general state of order. Failure to fully cooperate with the property owner and/ or their agent, as well as additional specific request, will result in a $50 charge for each time there is a failure to cooperate. During leasing season, defined as September 15 – November 15, tenants agree that a four-hour notice will be adequate to show the property to prospective tenants.
