Common use of Showroom Clause in Contracts

Showroom. At all times during the term of this Agreement, Licensee shall, at Licensee’s sole cost and expense, construct and maintain in location reasonably approved by Licensor a separate and dedicated showroom for the continuous presentation of the Licensed Products. Such showroom shall, at Licensee’s sole cost and expense, be designed, constructed and furnished in all respects by Licensor’s designated architects and designers according to Licensor’s specifications and subject to Licensor’s approval. Upon completion, such showroom shall be subject to Licensor’s final review and approval, and shall thereafter be subject to Licensor’s continuing approval thereof, so as to assure reasonable periodic renovation to reflect Licensor’s showroom concepts and standards.
