Sick Leave – Distribution At Layoff Or Non-Duty Related Death. The County shall pay each employee who separates from County service by death or layoff, the monetary equivalent of twenty-five percent (25%) of all unused sick leave remaining to such employee’s credit as of the time of separation, computed on the basis of the employee’s base hourly pay.
