Common use of SICK LEAVE / Medical Certificates and Reporting Clause in Contracts

SICK LEAVE / Medical Certificates and Reporting. 10.1 Sick leave benefits are sponsored by the Employer and will be granted with pay for the purpose of obtaining necessary medical or dental treatment or on account of injury, illness or disability to the extent hereinafter provided. 10.1.1. In the first (1) year of employment with the Employer, the teacher shall be entitled to statutory sick leave.
