SICK LEAVE PAY UPON RETIREMENT. A. Any secretary having been employed by the Board for (10) ten or more years and retiring under the provisions of the Public Employees Retirement System shall be eligible for sick leave pay provided she submits written Certification of Retirement to the Superintendent on the appropriate form (Appendix A) at least three (3) months prior to the date on which the secretary intends to retire.
