Sight Distance at Intersections. All Property located at street intersections shall be landscaped so as to permit safe sight across the street corners. No fence, wall or hedge or shrub planting shall be placed or permitted to remain where this would create a traffic or sight problem.

Sight Distance at Intersections. No fence, wall, hedge, or shrub planting which obstructs sight lines at elevations between two (2) and eight (8) feet above the roadways shall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner Lot within the triangular area formed by the street property lines and a line connecting them at points twenty-five (25) feet from the intersection of the street lines or, in the case of a rounded property corner, from the intersection of the street property lines extended. The same sight-line limitations shall apply on a driveway surface. No tree shall be permitted within such distance of such intersections unless the foliage line is maintained at sufficient height to prevent obstruction of such sight lines.

Sight Distance at Intersections. 12.01 No fence, wall, hedge, shrub or structure which obstructs sight lines at elevations between two and six feet above the adjacent road surface shall be permitted to remain on any corner lot within the triangular area formed by the intersecting street property lines and a line connecting them at points 25 feet from the intersection of such lines, unless variance is granted by the Committee. Nothing herein contained shall require the removal of earth to conform hereto.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.
