Common use of Signage and Advertisements Clause in Contracts

Signage and Advertisements. a) The Lessee shall have the right to display signage(s) of suitable size for displaying its generic name of each Space. The signage may be illuminated or non-illuminated at the Lessee’s option, however it shall need to confirm to all governmental laws, regulations or ordinance relevant thereto. The Lessee shall also need to obtain a written approval from DMRC before putting up any form of signage and DMRC reserves the right to refuse or to suggest an alternation to the same. The size, shape, location, etc. of signage are subject to architectural controls to be issued by DMRC. Signage should be used only for the business being run by the Lessee in the leased premises. In addition, the Lessee shall also be required standard materials as per standards prevalent in DMRC, for which he shall seek necessary approval from DMRC.
