Signatories Authority. Each of the individuals signing this Agreement represents and warrants to the others that he or she has the right, power and authority to sign this Agreement on his or her behalf, or on behalf of the Company or other business entity for which he or she has signed, as the case may be, and to sign all other documents and perform all other acts as may be necessary in relation to this Agreement.
