Signature on Checks. The appropriate personnel employed by the Fiscal Agent shall sign all checks, drafts, bills of exchange, notes or other obligations or orders for the payment of money, or other individual as designated by the Governing Board, upon resolution by the Governing Board. A list of monthly bills will be sent to each Governing Board member for review.
