Signatures and Delivery. The Primary Evaluator must approve the plan and both the Primary Evaluator and the Supervising Evaluator must sign it and deliver it to the Educator at least 15 school days before the start date of the plan. The Educator shall sign his/her Improvement Plan within 5 school days of receipt and may include a written response using the Educator Response Form in Appendix C-1. The Educator’s signature shall denote receipt of the plan, not agreement with its contents. A copy of the signed plan shall remain with the Educator.
