Signatures by Facsimile Sample Clauses

The "Signatures by Facsimile" clause allows parties to execute a contract by sending signed copies via fax rather than requiring original handwritten signatures on a single document. In practice, each party can sign their own copy of the agreement and transmit it electronically, with all such copies together constituting a fully executed contract. This clause facilitates faster and more convenient contract execution, especially when parties are in different locations, by recognizing faxed signatures as legally binding and equivalent to originals.
