Common use of Signing Fee Clause in Contracts

Signing Fee. The Borrower shall pay, or cause to be paid, within one Business Day of the Effective Date, all fees and other amounts then due and payable by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, the Lead Arrangers and the Lenders under the Loan Documents or pursuant to any fee or similar letters relating to the Loan Documents shall be paid, to the extent invoiced by the relevant person on or prior to the Effective Date and to the extent such amounts are payable on or prior to the Effective Date.
