Signing of the Contract. Within 30 days of receipt of the contract the successful bidder shall sign and date the contract and return it to UNAIDS according to the instructions provided at that time. If the bidder does not accept the contract terms without changes, then UNAIDS has the right not to proceed with the selected bidder and instead contract with another bidder of its choice.
