Signing of Warrant Certificates. Warrant Certificates shall be signed by any one of the directors or officers of the Company and may, but need not be under the corporate seal of the Company or a reproduction thereof. The signature of any such director or officer may be mechanically reproduced in facsimile or other electronic format and Warrant Certificates bearing such facsimile or other electronic format signatures shall be binding upon the Company as if they had been manually signed by such director or officer.
