Signing Officers. Except where the Board has otherwise authorized the execution of documents on behalf of the Board, the execution of all documents required under this Agreement on behalf of the Subscribers shall be by the Chair, or the Vice-Chair, and by any one (1) of the following two (2) persons: the Attorney-in-Fact and one (1) of two (2) other Members designated by the Board.
