Signing Officers. The Subscription Receipt Certificates shall be signed by any one officer of the Corporation or any one Director or by any other individual to whom such signing authority is delegated by the Directors from time to time.
Signing Officers. The Trustee will provide the Financial Institution with
a) a certificate setting forth the number of signatures required and the names and specimen signatures of the Trustees and other Signing Officers of the Trust authorized to sign for the Trust in the operation of the Account with the Financial Institution, and
b) a replacement certificate, completed as described in a) above, any time the Trustees or other Signing Officers change.
Signing Officers. The Special Warrant Certificates will be signed by any one officer of the Company or any one director or by any other individual to whom such signing authority is delegated by the directors from time to time.
Signing Officers. The authorized signing officers of the Company shall be the Managing Director and/or any delegates of the Managing Director (as approved by the Board), unless or until decided otherwise by the Board.
Signing Officers. Subject to the execution of those specific documents referred to in Article 14 hereof, any two (2) of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer are hereby authorized and shall have power to execute and deliver deeds, mortgages, leases or other documents whatsoever requisite or expedient to be executed on behalf of the Corporation and to attach the Corporate Seal of the Corporation to those documents required to be sealed. In the event of the absence or inability to act of any two (2) of those of the above-named Officers, then any of the said documents may be signed by such of the Directors as are authorized by the Board to act for such purpose.
Signing Officers. We designate the persons named in the first column having the titles designated in the second column and specimen signature entered in the third column of Schedule A hereto as our Signing Officers for the Services. TTCD shall be entitled to rely upon this designation of Signing Officers until any changes are notified to TTCD in accordance with the Rules.
Signing Officers. Except where the Board has otherwise authorized the execution of documents on behalf of the Board, the execution of all documents required under this Agreement on behalf of the Subscribers shall be by the Chair, or the Vice-Chair, and by any one (1) of the following two (2) persons: the Attorney-in-Fact and one (1) of two (2) other Members designated by the Board.
Signing Officers. (a) In addition to a Chair and Vice-Chair, the Board of Directors may appoint other signing officers and designate such responsibilities to such signing officers, as the Board of Directors shall determine from time to time.
(b) Except where the Board of Directors has otherwise authorized the execution of documents on behalf of the Board of Directors, the execution of all documents on behalf of the Board of Directors shall be by the Chair and Vice-Chair, or by any two

The Warrant Certificates will be signed by one of the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, Vice-President, Finance, a Vice-President or Secretary of the Corporation or by any other individual to whom such signing authority is delegated by the directors of the Corporation from time to time, subject to delivery to the Warrant Agent of a certified copy of a resolution of the board of directors, delegating such authority and a certificate of incumbency relating to those persons authorized thereunder.
Signing Officers. All Union cheques must be signed by two signing officers as defined by the Board of Directors. Cheques over $5,000 must be signed by two of the following: President, Executive Director, or Director of Finance and Operations. Purchase orders should be completed for purchases of goods or services. All purchase orders must be signed by the Director of Finance or Executive Director or President. All invoices, salary replacement forms and expense reports must be approved and initialed by the Director of Finance (or designate) prior to payment. Every effort will be made to process all payments and reimbursements in a timely fashion.
