Common use of SIGNS AND NOTICES Clause in Contracts

SIGNS AND NOTICES. 11.1 No owner or resident, excluding the Developer during the Development Period, of a section used for residential purpose shall place any sign, notice, billboard or advertisement of any kind whatsoever on any part of the common property or a section, that is visible from the outside of the section without the prior written consent of the trustees.
