VALIDITY OF OFFER. Tender shall remain open up to 120 (one hundred twenty ) days from the specified deadlines of receipt of tender(s) and in the event of the tenderer withdrawing his offer before the aforesaid date, for any reason whatsoever, xxxxxxx money deposited shall be forfeited.
4.7.1: In the event of withdrawing his/her offer before the expiry of the period of validity of offer or failing to execute the agreement as required by condition NO.8.1.1. of the notice inviting tender (N.I.T.) he/she will not be entitled to tender for this work. In case of recall of tenders, in addition to forfeiture of his/her xxxxxxx money as per provisions of condition nos. 4.7 & 1.1. of the N.I.T. as may be applicable for the work, If the tenderer has committed a similar default on earlier occasion (s)as well then his/her registration in the department may be suspended temporarily for a period of 2 (Two) years, from such date as may be ordered by the authority who had registered him/her.
VALIDITY OF OFFER. The rates in the Tender shall be kept open for acceptance for a minimum period of THREE MONTHS from latest due date of offer submission (including extension, if any). In case BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd) calls for negotiations, such negotiations shall not amount to cancellation or withdrawal of the original offer which shall be binding on the tenderers.
VALIDITY OF OFFER. The offer should be valid for at least 90 days from the date of tender opening. In case Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) calls for negotiations, such negotiations shall not amount to cancellation or withdrawal of the original offer, which shall be binding, on the bidder. All expenses for attending such negotiations are to be borne by the bidder.
VALIDITY OF OFFER. 12.1 Offers by the Supplier are valid for 60 days from the date of issue of the offer.
12.2 The Supplier reserves the right to carry out design modifications which are useful for technical progress and do not adversely influence the function of the line.
12.3 If the contents of the offer are in contradiction with these terms of sale and delivery, then the contents of the offer shall apply.
VALIDITY OF OFFER. Rates quoted in the tender as well as of the terms and conditions of the tender shall remain firm and valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the date of opening of Price Bid of tender during which the tender is likely to be finalized and Letter of Intent (LOI) issued. On being done so, the tenderer shall be strictly bound by the terms and conditions and provisions of the tender and execute the work at the quoted rate. The above mentioned period of 90 days may, however, be extended with the consent of the tenderer.
VALIDITY OF OFFER. All bidders must confirm that their response shall be considered valid for 90 days after submission. Anti-Kickback Act of 1986 as referenced in FAR 52.203-7 is hereby incorporated into this Request for Quotation as a condition of acceptance. If you have reasonable grounds to believe that a violation, as described in Paragraph (b) of FAR 52.203-7 may have occurred, you should report this suspected violation to FHI Clinical by sending an e-mail to: xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. You can also report a suspected violation anonymously. All supplies offered in response to this RFQ or supplied under any resulting award must meet Geographic Code 937 in accordance with the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), 22 CFR §228. The cooperating country for this RFQ is Liberia. Vendors may not offer or supply any commodities that are manufactured or assembled in, shipped from, transported through, or otherwise involving any of the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria.
VALIDITY OF OFFER. All prices supplied to the client are subject to five day validity from offer. These terms maybe extended at the discretion of The Utility Company subject to acceptance by the service provider. Equally where a service provider withdraws an offer The Utility Company cannot be held liable for changes in pricing. Also where a service providers quote is found to be for a different price code again The Utility Company cannot be held liable.
VALIDITY OF OFFER. This RFP in no way obligates RTI to make an award, nor does it commit RTI to pay any costs incurred by the Seller in the preparation and submission of a proposal or amendments to a proposal. Your proposal shall be considered valid for 90 days after submission.
VALIDITY OF OFFER. The offer shall be valid for 180 days from the last date of submission of the bid and if your offered rates and items are accepted for Rate Contract the same will remain valid for the entire period of Rate Contract, i.e., The Rate Contract will be valid for period of one year from the date of issue of Rate Contract. It may be further extended upon mutual consent, for another period of one year, or more.
VALIDITY OF OFFER. This contract is being sent to the Offeror electronically. Any alterations of this contract will result in a declaration by GISD that this contract is null and void, and services will immediately end between the Offeror and the Gadsden Independent School District.
