Common use of Signs, Notices and Decorations Clause in Contracts

Signs, Notices and Decorations. No sign, placard, picture, decoration, name, advertisement or notice (collectively “Material”) visible from the exterior of any tenant’s premises shall be inscribed, painted, affixed or otherwise displayed by any tenant on any part of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord. All approved signs or lettering will be printed, painted, affixed or inscribed at the expense of the tenant desiring such by a person approved by Landlord. Material visible from outside the Building will not be permitted. Landlord may remove such Material without any liability, and may charge the expense incurred by such removal to the tenant in question. Directories will be placed by Landlord, at no additional expense to Tenant, in the lobby of the Building.
