Silviculture Deposit. In consideration of Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation, or a legal entity controlled by the Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation, and British Columbia.
Silviculture Deposit. In consideration of Chawathil First Nation entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Chawathil First Nation, or a legal entity controlled by the Chawathil First Nation, and British Columbia.
Silviculture Deposit. In consideration of Matsqui First Nation entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Matsqui First Nation, or a legal entity controlled by the Matsqui First Nation, and British Columbia.

In consideration of Sts’ailes entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Sts’ailes, or a legal entity controlled by the Sts’ailes, and British Columbia.

In consideration of Yale First Nation entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Yale First Nation, or a legal entity controlled by the Yale First Nation, and British Columbia.

In consideration of We Wai Kai First Nation entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between We Wai Kai First Nation, or a legal entity controlled by the We Wai Kai First Nation, and British Columbia.

In consideration of Gitanyow entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Gitanyow, or a legal entity controlled by Gitanyow, and British Columbia.

In consideration of Cowichan Tribes entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Cowichan Tribes, or a legal entity controlled by the Cowichan Tribes, and British Columbia.
