Direct Award definition

Direct Award means the award of a Call Off Contract by application of the terms laid down in the Contract without re-opening competiton
Direct Award means the award of a public service contract to a given public service operator without any prior competitive tendering procedure;
Direct Award means a good or service is procured direct from one supplier/contractor with no competitive process. This is sometimes also referred to as a ‘sole source’.
