Similarly, a Compliance Review Tribunal re-convened pursuant to Article. 16 (Compliance Review) shall, as soon as practicable and whenever possible within 15 days after re- convening, fix the timetable for the compliance review process taking into account the time periods specified in Article 16 (Compliance Review).
