Common use of Simultaneous Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Simultaneous Adjustments. If this Article Fifteen requires adjustments to the Conversion Rate under more than one of Sections 1506(4), 1507 or 1508, and the record dates for the distributions giving rise to such adjustments shall occur on the same date, then such adjustments shall be made by applying, first, the provisions of Section 1506, second, the provisions of Section 1508 and, third, the provisions of Section 1507.

Simultaneous Adjustments. If In the event that this Article Fifteen XV requires adjustments to the Conversion Rate under more than one of Sections 1506(415.6(a), 1507 (b), (c) or 1508(d), and the record dates Record Dates for the distributions giving rise to such adjustments shall occur on the same date, then such adjustments shall be made by applying, first, the provisions of Section 150615.6(c), second, the provisions of Section 1508 and15.6(d), third, the provisions of Section 150715.6(a), and fourth, the provisions of 15.6(b).

If In the event that this Article Fifteen Fourteen requires adjustments to the Conversion Rate under more than one of Sections 1506(41407, 1408, 1409(a) or 1409(b), 1507 or 1508, and the record dates for the distributions giving rise to such adjustments shall occur on the same date, then such adjustments shall be made by applying, first, the provisions of Section 15061409(a), second, the provisions of Section 1508 1409(b), third the provisions of Section 1407 and, thirdfourth, the provisions of Section 15071408.

If In the event that this Article Fifteen Thirteen requires adjustments to the Conversion Rate under more than one of Sections 1506(41306(4), 1507 1307 or 15081308, and the record dates for the distributions giving rise to such adjustments shall occur on the same date, then such adjustments shall be made by applying, first, the provisions of Section 15061306, second, the provisions of Section 1508 1308 and, third, the provisions of Section 15071307.

Simultaneous Adjustments. If In the event that this Article Fifteen XVI requires adjustments to the Conversion Rate under more than one of Sections 1506(416.06(d), 1507 16.07 or 150816.08, and the record dates for the distributions giving rise to such adjustments shall occur on the same date, then such adjustments shall be made by applying, first, the provisions of Section 150616.06, second, the provisions of Section 1508 16.08 and, third, the provisions of Section 150716.07.

If this Article Fifteen requires adjustments to the Conversion Rate under more than one of Sections 1506(4), 1507 or 1508, and the record dates for 62 the distributions giving rise to such adjustments shall occur on the same date, then such adjustments shall be made by applying, first, the provisions of Section 1506, second, the provisions of Section 1508 and, third, the provisions of Section 1507.

If In the event that this Article Fifteen Fourteen requires adjustments to the Conversion Rate under more than one of Sections 1506(41406, 1407, 1408(a) or 1408(b), 1507 or 1508, and the record dates for the distributions giving rise to such adjustments shall occur on the same date, then such adjustments shall be made by applying, first, the provisions of Section 15061408(a), second, the provisions of Section 1508 1408(b), third the provisions of Section 1406 and, thirdfourth, the provisions of Section 15071407.

Simultaneous Adjustments. If In the event that this Article Fifteen Fourteen requires adjustments to the Conversion Rate under more than one of Sections 1506(41406(4), 1507 1407, 1408 or 15081409, and the record dates for the distributions giving rise to such adjustments shall occur on the same date, then such adjustments shall be made by applying, first, the provisions of Section 15061406(4), second, the provisions of Section 1508 and1408, third, the provisions of Section 15071407, and fourth, the provisions of Section 1409.
