Common use of Simultaneous Work By Others Clause in Contracts

Simultaneous Work By Others. Owner shall have the right to perform or have performed such other work as Owner may desire in, about, or near the Work Site during the performance of the Work by Contractor. Contractor shall make every reasonable effort to perform the Work in such manner as to enable both the Work and such other work to be completed without hindrance or interference from each other. Contractor shall afford Owner and other contractors reasonable opportunity for the execution of such other work and shall properly coordinate the Work with such other work.
