Single Arbitral Proceeding Clause Samples

The Single Arbitral Proceeding clause establishes that all disputes arising from or related to the contract will be resolved in a single arbitration process, rather than through multiple separate proceedings. In practice, this means that if multiple parties or claims are involved, they must be consolidated and addressed together before one arbitral tribunal. This approach streamlines dispute resolution, reduces the risk of inconsistent outcomes, and minimizes costs and delays by preventing parallel or duplicative arbitrations.
Single Arbitral Proceeding. In order to facilitate the comprehensive, efficient and economical resolution of related Disputes, all Disputes between any of the parties which arise out of or in connection with this Agreement and any of the other Transaction Documents shall (so far as is reasonably practicable) be resolved by means of a single arbitral proceeding. Accordingly, where Disputes arise out of or in connection with this Agreement and any one or more of the other Transaction Documents a single arbitration may be conducted in respect of these Disputes.
