Common use of SINGLE INCIDENT/MULTIPLE DEFAULTS Clause in Contracts

SINGLE INCIDENT/MULTIPLE DEFAULTS. If a single incident results in the failure of the Service Provider to meet more than one Service Level, DIR shall have the right to select any one of such multiple Service Level Defaults for which it will be entitled to receive a Service Level Credit and must respond to the Service Provider's reporting of the multiple Service Level Default and request for selection by notifying the Service Provider of the selection within five (5) business days. DIR shall not be entitled to a Service Level Credit for each of such Service Level Defaults.
