Common use of Single Royalty Clause in Contracts

Single Royalty. No more than one stream of royalty payments shall be due under this Section 6.4 with respect to sales of any one particular Licensed Product. For the avoidance of doubt, multiple royalties shall not be payable because the sale of a particular Licensed Product is Covered by more than one (1) Valid Claim in the country in which such Licensed Product is sold.

Single Royalty.
