Common use of Singular/Plural Clause in Contracts

Singular/Plural. Derivatives - Whenever the singular or masculine or neuter is used in this Agreement, it shall be interpreted as meaning the plural or feminine or body politic or corporate, and vice versa, as the context requires. Where a term is defined herein, a capitalized derivative of such term has a corresponding meaning unless the context otherwise requires.
