Common use of SIPC Clause in Contracts

SIPC. The Commission or any Self-Regulatory Organization has notified the SIPC pursuant to Section 5(a)(1) of the SIPA of facts which indicate that the Borrower, RJA or RJFS is in or is approaching financial difficulty, or the SIPC shall file an application for a protective decree with respect to the Borrower, RJA or RJFS under Section 5(a)(3) of the SIPA.
