Affiliations. 9.1 It is understood and agreed that the members of the Board of Directors, officers, employees, agents and shareholders of the Fund, and the directors, officers, employees, agents and shareholders of the Fund’s investment adviser and/or distributor, are or may be interested in MSSCI as directors, officers, employees, agents and shareholders or otherwise, and that the directors, officers, employees, agents and shareholders of MSSCI may be interested in the Fund as members of the Board of Directors, officers, employees, agents and shareholders or otherwise, or in the investment adviser and/or distributor as directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders or otherwise.
Affiliations. There are no affiliations or associations between (i) any member of FINRA and (ii) the Company or any of the Controlled Entities or any of their respective officers, directors or 5% or greater security holders or any beneficial owner of the Company’s unregistered equity securities that were acquired at any time on or after the 180th day immediately preceding the initial filing date of the Registration Statement.
