Common use of Site Access Clause in Contracts

Site Access. In the event the Project will require access to property not under the control of Client, Consultant and Consultant’s employees and consultants shall obtain all additional necessary approval and clearances required for access to such property. Client shall assist Consultant in obtaining access to such property at reasonable times but makes no warranty or representation whatsoever regarding access to such property. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Consultant understands and agrees that entry to some property by Consultant may be subject to compliance by Consultant with the terms and conditions of an access agreement in accordance with section 1(c) of this Agreement.
