Common use of Site Access Clause in Contracts

Site Access. The grantee shall allow the state to access sites at which grant funds are expended and related work being performed at any time during the performance of the work and for ninety (90) days after completion of the work, or until all issues related to the grant project have been resolved. STOP WORK NOTICE Immediately upon receipt of a written notice from the Grant Manager to stop work, the grantee shall cease all work under this Agreement.
