Common use of Site Access Clause in Contracts

Site Access. Buyer and its representatives shall have the right, but not the obligation, during business hours, upon reasonable notice to Seller, to visit and view the System site including, but not limited to, the purposes of verifying compliance with the System’s description as provided in the System Identification Form, and Final System size as of its Energized Date. Buyer and Seller agree that it shall constitute a material breach by Seller to deny Buyer reasonable access to the site and the System and that such material breach shall constitute an Event of Default by Seller under Article 13.
