Common use of Site Access Clause in Contracts

Site Access. On the Installation Date, Customer shall provide SolarPorts with all necessary access to the Site in order for SolarPorts to install the System. Customer shall continue to provide such access until completion of the Agreement. Any delay in providing such access shall be billed to Customer at the rate of $60/hour for each SolarPorts crew member for every hour access is delayed.
