Site and Installation. Lessee shall not move the Equipment from the site identified in the Rental Agreement (“Site”) during the Rental Term without Strad’s prior written consent. After Delivery to the Delivery Point, Lessee is and shall thereafter be exclusively responsible for all costs and liabilities associated with (i) installation of the Equipment at the Site;
