Site Control Agreement Changes. If the Site Control Agreement is further amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified after the Effective Date, Subcontractor shall send a copy of such amendment, supplement, or other modification to the addresses below. For the avoidance of doubt, no such amendment, supplement, or other modification shall have the effect of modifying the SfA Program Requirements set forth herein unless expressly consented to in writing by the DCSEU and DOEE.
