Common use of Site Lease Clause in Contracts

Site Lease. The District leases to Lessee, and Lessee leases from the District, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Site situated in the City of Corona, County of Riverside, State of California, more specifically described in Exhibit “A”, attached hereto, including any real property improvements now or hereafter affixed thereto. The Lessee also agrees to perform the construction services with respect to the Project pursuant to this Site Lease.

Site Lease. The Lessee also agrees to perform the construction services Preconstruction Services with respect to the Project pursuant to this Site Lease.
