Site Logistics and Traffic Analysis. Construction Manager must review Contractor(s)’s site logistics plans, traffic flow diagrams and plans for the performance of the Project, showing the use of designated roadways or street lights, the closing of any roadways, streets and/or sidewalks, and the re-routing of any traffic. Construction Manager must assist in obtaining necessary government approvals required to implement traffic plans.
