Site of Services. The Advisor will perform the Services at a location other ----------------- than the premises of the Corporation if possible, or if the Services are such that the Services must be performed on the Corporation's premises, the Corporation shall provide the Advisor with office space and facilities commensurate with that provided to its own employees to the extent necessary to perform the Services specified by this Agreement. The Advisor will restrict the performance of the Services to a separate assigned work area as much as is feasible.
