Common use of Site Plan Specifications Clause in Contracts

Site Plan Specifications. 6.1.1 Within 45 days of the execution of this Agreement, the Manufacturer will furnish to the Operator "Site Plan Specifications" respecting the electrical, ventilation, water supply, equipment drawings, layout drawings, and disposal, and any other specifications required at the site for the installation and operation of the TCTS-1 System. Delivery of the foregoing specifications will be made by the Manufacturer to the Operator at the Manufacturer's plant in Montreal. 6.1.2 Within 15 days of the delivery of the Site Plans Specifications in accordance with Subparagraph 6.1.1, above, the Operator will notify the Manufacturer of any failure of such Specifications to comply with all applicable regulations and requirements. Unless such notice of failure to comply is received by the Manufacturer, the said Site Plans Specifications will be deemed to have been accepted by the Manufacturer. 371
