Site Preparation. Contractor shall be responsible for carrying out Site preparation Work as defined in Basis of Design, including: a. Removal of all vegetation; b. Soils improvement; c. Temporary and permanent roads; d. Top soil removal; and e. Temporary and permanent drainage.
