SITE REPRESENTATION. Each employee of the enterprise may from time to time nominate a representative from the employees of the enterprise at the business unit at which they are employed, or such other person as they see fit to represent them in dealings with the enterprise or under the Issues Resolution procedure set out in Appendix B.
SITE REPRESENTATION. An employee of the enterprise may be represented by another person of their choosing in dealing with the enterprise. Disputes shall be handled in accordance with the issue resolution procedures set out in Schedule 2.
