Site Security. While providing services at a DSHS location, the Contractor, its agents, employees, or Subcontractors shall conform in all respects with physical, fire, or other security regulations specific to the DSHS location.
Site Security. While on AGENCY premises, CONTRACTOR, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall conform in all respects with physical, fire or other security policies or regulations.
Site Security. While on HCA premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or Subcontractors must conform in all respects with physical, fire or other security policies or regulations. Failure to comply with these regulations may be grounds for revoking or suspending security access to these facilities. HCA reserves the right and authority to immediately revoke security access to Contractor staff for any real or threatened breach of this provision. Upon reassignment or termination of any Contractor staff, Contractor agrees to promptly notify HCA.

DB Contractor shall provide appropriate security for the Site, and shall take all reasonable precautions and provide protection to prevent damage, injury, or loss to the Work and materials and equipment to be incorporated therein, as well as all other property at or on the Site, whether owned by DB Contractor, TxDOT, or any other Person.

Developer shall provide appropriate security for the Site, and shall take all reasonable precautions and provide protection to prevent damage, injury, or loss to the Work and materials and equipment to be incorporated therein, as well as all other property at or on the Site, whether owned by Developer, TxDOT, or any other Person.
Site Security. The Design-Builder shall be responsible for site security and shall be required to provide such watchmen as are necessary to protect the site from unwanted intrusion.
Site Security. (1) (a) FWW will determine a system of entry to and exit from the Site. The system will include a method of personal identification for each Company Employee. The system may include computerised personnel access facilities activated by electronic or magnetic cards or by other means.
