  • What To Do If You Find A Mistake On Your Statement If you think there is an error on your statement, write to us at the address listed on your statement. In your letter, give us the following information: - Account information: Your name and account number. - Dollar amount: The dollar amount of the suspected error. - Description of problem: If you think there is an error on your xxxx, describe what you believe is wrong and why you believe it is a mistake. You must contact us: - Within 60 days after the error appeared on your statement. - At least 3 business days before an automated payment is scheduled, if you want to stop payment on the amount you think is wrong. You may call us, but if you do we are not required to investigate any potential errors and you may have to pay the amount in question. What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • Contact person at the Sending Institution a person who provides a link for administrative information and who, depending on the structure of the higher education institution, may be the departmental coordinator or will work at the international relations office or equivalent body within the institution.

  • What To Do If You Find A Mistake On Your Statement If you think there is an error on your statement, write to us at the address(es) listed on your statement. In your letter, give us the following information:

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • Extended Illness Bank Employees who were hired prior to January 15, 1984 and who have hours remaining in their extended illness bank may access those hours in accordance with the Employer’s policy. Hours do not accrue in these extended illness banks.

  • Bank The Buyer (a) is a national bank or banking institution organized under the laws of any State, territory or the District of Columbia, the business of which is substantially confined to banking and is supervised by the State or territorial banking commission or similar official or is a foreign bank or equivalent institution, and (b) has an audited net worth of at least $25,000,000 as demonstrated in its latest annual financial statements, a copy of which is attached hereto.
