Sleeping Accommodations on Touring Watch Vessels. A. On all vessels where touring watches are in effect requiring Mates to sleep on board between work shifts, the Employer shall furnish white sheets, pillow slips, mattresses and blankets in adequate quantity and condition for each Mate assigned to any such touring vessel.
