Common use of (Sleeping or domestic use Clause in Contracts

(Sleeping or domestic use. 5.10 Not to use the Premises or any part thereof as sleeping quarters or as domestic premises within the meaning of any Ordinance for the time being in force or to allow any person to remain on the Premises overnight unless with the Landlord’s prior permission in writing. Such permission shall only be given to enable the Tenant to post watchmen to look after the contents of the Premises and the names of the watchmen shall first be registered with the Landlord prior to the Landlord giving such permission.
