Small Business Representation. If Seller is representing itself as a small disadvantaged business (SDB); women-owned small business concern (WOSB); HUBZone small business concern (HUBZone); veteran-owned small business concern (VOSB); and/or a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business concern (SDVOSB), Seller represents that: No material change in ownership, control or net worth qualification has occurred since its most recent certification submittal to EB; and If the subcontractor is representing itself as a HUBZone small business concern, it is currently certified as a HUBZone small business concern and the certification is verifiable by accessing the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
