Common use of SmartHome Clause in Contracts

SmartHome. 6.1. The TELUS SmartHome is a solution incorporating security, video monitoring and automation equipment. Depending on the Service selected, the Customer’s home may or may not be connected to a central monitoring station 24/7. The Customer is responsible for providing Internet access to enable certain SmartHome features. SmartHome is accessible by way of an application from which the Customer can remotely control the equipment.
