SMOKE ALARMS AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS. 7.27.1 To keep all smoke alarms and Carbon Monoxide detectors in good working order and in particular to replace all batteries as and when necessary and to check the alarms monthly to ensure that they work.
