SMOKE ALARMS AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS. 8.26.1 To keep all smoke alarms and Carbon Monoxide detectors in good working order and in particular to replace all batteries as and when necessary and to check the alarms and Carbon Monoxide detectors monthly to ensure that they work. 8.26.2 The Tenant shall not burn any solid fuel in the Premises without the prior, written consent of the Landlord, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
